**FACILITIES DESIGNER** **MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (REQUIRED)** **AGE: 30 TO 45 YEARS** Assist in the preparation of executive projects under the supervision of the designer. Development of construction details, calculations, assistance in project management, and interpretation of drawings. May also participate in budget preparation, measurements, and technical documentation. Detailed responsibilities: * **Technical drawing:** Create and modify drawings using CAD software (computer-aided design). * **Calculations:** Perform measurements, quantity takeoffs, and necessary project calculations. * **Project support:** Assist in budget preparation, schedule tracking, and report generation. * **Drawing interpretation:** Understand and apply information from drawings to assigned tasks. * **Coordination:** Communicate with other team members and suppliers for material procurement when necessary. * **Compliance:** Ensure the project meets technical regulations and quality standards.
