2 Reception Agents at the Municipal Campsite (M/F)

Summary: This administrative assistant position manages the reception, administration, and financial management of a campsite, ensuring customer information, advice, and satisfaction. Highlights: 1. Versatile management of campsite reception, administration, and finances 2. Proficiency in face-to-face and telephone reception, including foreign languages 3. Collaboration within a team of 4 people * Manage campsite reception: Face-to-face reception of customers. Providing information, advice, and orientation to customers. Check-in and check-out coordinated with the staff member responsible for campsite maintenance. Management of sales of ancillary products (bakery items, beverages, ice cream, stamps, postcards, etc.). Handling customer conflicts and complaints. Application and enforcement of the campsite’s internal regulations. Organization and management of the entertainment program. * Manage campsite administration: Registration and management of the reservation schedule. Sending reservation documents and various correspondence (campsite documentation, etc.). Registration and follow-up of the customer database (loyalty program). Management of emails, postal mail, and telephone calls. Monitoring of various partnership contracts in coordination with the Technical Services Department and the Finance Department. Updating the reservation management software in coordination with the IT Department. * Manage campsite finances: Submission of holiday vouchers to ANCV, coordinated with the Finance Department. Billing and collection for stays. Management of the municipal cash register for the campsite.
