




Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to greet and assist guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures, handle reservations, and provide information, ensuring professional and friendly service. Hotel system operation and billing **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school diploma (technical or bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred). **Schedule:** Availability to work, including overnight shifts. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience (hotel experience preferred). **Knowledge:** * Customer service and guest relations * Basic computer skills * Hotel management systems * Billing and collections * Basic–intermediate English (preferred) **Duties and Responsibilities** * Greet and assist guests with friendliness and professionalism. * Perform **check-in and check-out** procedures according to established protocols. * Accurately register guest information in the system. * Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations. * Provide information regarding hotel services, rates, operating hours, and local tourist attractions. * Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and messages. * Route guest complaints or special requests and follow up until resolution. * Handle cash, bank terminals, and billing (per company policies). * Maintain an updated shift logbook. * Coordinate with internal departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage). * Comply with security, confidentiality, and service policies. * **We Offer:** ✔ Competitive salary ✔ Statutory benefits ✔ Job stability ✔ Staff cafeteria Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,000.00 – $9,780.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
