We are looking for dedicated Advanced Practitioners to join our Teams across Adult Social Care. * Are you passionate about social work? * Do you have the skills and experience to support a busy social work team? * Do you want to support others to grow their skills? As an Advanced Practitioner, you will drive practice development and improvement in the service and ensure the safe and effective delivery of services to adults with eligible care needs. You will provide professional leadership and supervision to Social Workers and Social Care Co\-ordinators with a focus on supporting a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement. You will take a lead role supporting social work and support staff with complex cases. Our busy social work teams are passionate about working with adults, carers and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for those with care and support needs and their carers.
