Job Summary: Will perform fruit sampling during processing, physical-chemical and microbiological analysis, recordkeeping, and review of specifications and GMPs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Physical-chemical and microbiological analysis 2. Review of compliance with specifications and GMPs 3. Sampling of fruit in process Fruit sampling during processing Physical-chemical and microbiological analysis Completion of departmental records Review of compliance with specifications Review of GMPs among personnel.
