**Join our team as a Construction Supervisor!** At **JJ Materiales Sustentables,** a 100% Mexican company with over 15 years of experience in housing and eco-technologies, we are seeking a **Construction Supervisor** for our development project in Linares, N.L. **Position Objective:** Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, technical specifications, safety regulations, and established timelines, guaranteeing quality and efficiency in project execution. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. · Minimum of 3 years of field experience in construction. · Flexible working hours availability. **Responsibilities:** · Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design plans, technical specifications, and current regulations. · Coordinate technical and operational staff. · Monitor physical progress of the project and report updates to the project coordinator. · Ensure compliance with quality and industrial safety standards. · Manage proper use and handling of materials, tools, and equipment on site. · Identify deviations from the construction schedule and propose technical or logistical solutions. · Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely material delivery.
