Supervise the transformation of raw materials 2. Coordinate and control all shift personnel activities 3. Ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment 4. Train each worker responsible for an operation or process 5. Monitor control indicators and process checkpoints 6. Ensure the quality of all manufactured products 7.
