**FLETES Y LOGISTICA DE TLAXCALA** **HIRING INHOUSE COORDINATOR FOR AUTO TRANSPORTATION OPERATIONS** **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Work at CLC CLEBER facilities, employed by our company. Control and organize operators under your supervision within the operation. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Logistics Engineering * Experience supervising operational staff * Strong and respectful leadership * Organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills * Excellent communication with the client * Availability for extended working hours when required * Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting * High level of responsibility and attention to detail **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise day and night shifts to ensure full operation * Maintain full staffing: 6 transporters per shift (day and night), 1 Avanza driver per shift * Monitor attendance, punctuality, and absences daily * Verify proper use of face shields, license plates, and documentation on each vehicle * Review incoming and outgoing sales documents * Daily communication with Cleber (mainly Josué) * Define and validate efficient routes * Review Avanza driver's work: km, fuel, tickets, damages * Resolve incidents in real time * Update official database with daily information * Organize monthly training sessions and certify new operators * Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management ***Commission and bonus payment system (details provided during interview)*** Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedules * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
