We are seeking an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Proficiency in: Collections management systems, MS Excel (intermediate to advanced level), credit policy knowledge. * Minimum 2 years of experience in: Collections, portfolio management, or customer service within financial departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor accounts receivable and manage outstanding payments. * Address customer inquiries and clarifications regarding balances, invoices, and payments. * Conduct collections from customers with overdue payments via phone calls, emails, and visits. * Prepare collection reports and customer risk analysis. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and credit and collections regulations.
