#### **Brief Overview**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented **Spare Parts Specialist** to join our team on a full\-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in optimizing spare parts management, streamlining logistics processes, and supporting the efficiency of our international supply chain operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating spare parts sourcing, managing inventory, maintaining supplier communication, and supporting both technicians and customers with timely and accurate parts delivery. * Forecast spare parts demand for the EMEA warehouse based on historical data and new project requirements; adjust safety stock levels and efficiently procure parts to replenish inventory, ensuring regional spare parts availability.
* Monitor inventory levels, update databases, and support stock control and replenishment processes.
* Receiving the spare parts request from internal or external customers and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* Prepare quotations and provide timely information on pricing, stock availability, and lead times.
* Use the robotic warehouse management system to perform spare parts picking, as well as packaging and shipment handling.
* Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure on\-time delivery and quality assurance.
* Conduct data analysis to support continuous improvement of spare parts management processes and overall supply chain performance.
#### **Who are we looking for?**
You are a proactive and highly organized professional who can take ownership, work independently, and solve problems with a customer\-first mindset. Additionally, you possess:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, International Trade, Logistics Management, or a related field.
* Solid understanding of international trade, logistics, or supply chain operations.
* Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) – **Chinese is mandatory**.
* Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
