**Job Description** Work Location: Montemorelos, MTY Position Objective: Properly coordinate the overall operational and administrative management of the service, carrying out corresponding administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities: * Monitor the Cleaning Program * Ensure compliance with visits, deep cleaning, and delivery of materials and service coverages. * Prepare reports and actively participate in the company's official communication channels. * Identify risks in a timely manner and resolve operational issues. Competencies: * Results-oriented focus. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity. * Sense of responsibility. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Experience handling KPIs and performance indicators. * DC3 or DC5 – Working at heights certification. * Operation of floor scrubbers, polishers, pressure washers, steam machines used for deep cleaning of areas. * Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures. * Recruitment of operational staff.
