




Food company is seeking a Quality Analyst: Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products through specific analyses to verify their condition, safety, and prevent rejections, as well as manage the quality systems implemented in the company (GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000). Main responsibilities: * In charge of the Microbiology laboratory. * Product analysis. * Release of raw materials. * Perform internal and external microbiological and physicochemical analyses. * Request materials for the quality department. * Issue quality certificates to customers. * Verify production line start-ups. Requirements: * Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemical Pharmacy, or related field. * 2 years of experience in similar positions.
