We are looking for: * Production Scheduler Requirements: * 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Production Scheduler * Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree * Advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of manufacturing plants Objective: * Ensure accurate and timely projection of product or service demand in order to efficiently align procurement, production, distribution, and sales processes, contributing to resource optimization, customer satisfaction, and achievement of the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities: * Sales forecast management * Analyze and manage demand based on historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal cycles. * Generate projections based on plant operational capacities and evaluation of HC in the schedule. * "Evaluate forecast against commercial budget assigned for the period." * Data analysis * "Interpret sales volumes based on forecast and historical data to identify consumption patterns." * "Develop information for operational meetings and monthly S\&OP." * Calculate data required to feed the MRP and MPS of the operation. * Inventory optimization * "Ensure inventory remains at optimal levels, avoiding stockouts or overstocking." * "Assess the impact of demand on inventory turnover and working capital efficiency." * MRP projection and analysis * Interdepartmental communication * Act as the link between key departments such as sales, finance, marketing, operations, and logistics. * Facilitate the flow of information for data-driven decision making * Continuous improvement * "Evaluate and implement improvements to demand planning processes." * "Train the team on new tools and methodologies."
