Completed Bachelor's degree Experience leading HR in transportation with \+250 employees. Expertise in talent acquisition and selection, onboarding and offboarding, performance evaluation, career planning and succession, workforce and budget planning, payroll administration, training and development. Experience in creating and implementing HR processes and policies. What we offer: Work schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 hours. Saturdays from 8:00 am to 14:00 pm 100% onsite work.
