Analyze results, conduct shelf-life testing, and provide technical support for market research to ensure innovative solutions aligned with consumer needs and business strategy. **Responsibilities** * Communicate, consolidate, and support the status of projects and area resources to maintain visibility and control over progress, timelines, and deliverables. * Communicate and implement formulations and processes developed by the technical team to facilitate industrial scale-up and market launch. * Develop and execute productivity and operational initiatives requested by the organization to maintain high standards in productive and quality environments. * Monitor and record the Process Audit process and New Product Launches to comply with regulatory requirements established by applicable standards. * Research and develop analytical methodologies and authorized operating criteria for the homologation of measurements at Arca Continental and the proper use of laboratory equipment and machinery, including equipment at the Innovation Center. * Coordinate and execute reformulation, cost-saving, or process improvement initiatives to increase portfolio productivity and competitiveness. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology Engineering, or Innovation and Development (degree required) * Experience as a quality analyst (2 years), product development and process applications (1 year) * Experience in product scale-up and industrial trials within the food industry (2 years) * Availability to travel **Skills:** * Advanced English * Statistical data analysis **Applications:** * Last day to receive applications: **10/30/2025** * Job location: **Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon** **Our Commitment** Arca Continental is an equal opportunity employer.
