**RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST FOR TRANSPORTATION UNITS** Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related field Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position **VERIFIABLE** Work location: Tecamac Center, State of Mexico Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Knowledge: \*\*Recruitment of freight transportation units **(individual\-truck)**, last\-mile logistics, first\-mile logistics, operational profiles. \*\*Attracting drivers to various logistics operations \*\*Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure Responsibilities: * Posting job openings on various specialized logistics platforms (job portals, social media, platforms, etc.). * Recruiting freight transport units (sedans, 1.5 ton, 3.5 ton, semi\-trailer trucks, tractor\-trailers) * Collaborating closely with operational departments to identify staffing and/or unit requirements. * Managing personnel files * Meeting assigned vacancy targets (performance\-oriented role) * Conducting socioeconomic studies.
