**Junior Material Logistics Manager – ref. JOB\-1450** **SUMMARY** We are looking for a Junior Material Logistics Manager to join a major industrial project as part of a decarbonization initiative in Northern Europe. The position involves travel across Europe, in coordination with the different phases of the project and local technical teams. **YOUR MISSIONS** * Support the management of material logistics throughout the entire project lifecycle. * Monitor and manage material flows: receiving, shipping, internal movements, and traceability. * Work closely with local logistics teams on the various European project sites. * Help implement and optimize tracking tools (Excel, internal software, etc.). * Be present on the ground to supervise operations and identify bottlenecks. * Assist in coordinating logistics between project sites. * Participate in the setup of storage areas and material distribution on the final site. * Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes. * Report any issues and propose concrete corrective actions. **YOUR EXPERIENCE** * Initial experience in logistics, supply chain, or site coordination. * Understanding of complex industrial environments. * Field experience is a strong asset (construction site, warehouse, factory, etc.). * Basic knowledge of logistics tools and software (Excel, ERP, etc.). **YOUR PROFILE** * Recently graduated from an engineering school (ENSAM, INSA, UTC, Centrale, or equivalent). * Autonomous, rigorous, and hands\-on mindset. * Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and adaptability in a multicultural environment. * Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) to operate in an international context. * Willingness to travel across Europe during different project phases. * Field\-oriented and physically fit: the sites are large and the work is hands\-on and active. **YOUR MOTIVATION** You are not just a skilled Material Logistics Manager — you are committed to delivering your work with a lower environmental impact.
