Job Description **REQUIREMENTS:** Age: 20 to 50 years old **EDUCATION:** Industrial Technician, HVAC Technician, Electrical Technician, or minimum verifiable technical high school diploma **KNOWLEDGE IN:** \- Detection, handling, and containment of leaks and spills. \- Refrigerant gas control. \- Detection and repair of air conditioning leaks. \- Maintenance of 5-ton climate control units. \- Unclogging of drainage systems. \- Handling of electrical current from 110V to 440V. \- Maintenance of ramps and metal curtains. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execution of activity checklists. * Replacement of urinals and toilets. * Unclogging of sanitary drainage systems. * Replacement of ceiling panels. * Electrical work. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment. * Washing of warehouse air filters. * Operation of floor polishers, rotary scrubbers, and high-pressure washers. * Maintenance of curtains, hooks, and ramps. * General painting. * General plumbing. **WE OFFER** * $19,600 MONTHLY GROSS * BENEFITS EXCEEDING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS * FIXED EVENING SHIFT (3 PM\- 10:30 PM) * WEEKLY REST DAY ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE * STAFF TRANSPORTATION * UNIFORMS.
