A leading company dedicated to the production of solar panels for swimming pools is seeking: **PLANT MANAGER** **Position Objective:** Lead, plan, and supervise the operations of the solar panel production plant, ensuring compliance with quality, efficiency, safety, and productivity standards aligned with the company's strategic objectives. **Education:** * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 to 5 years in supervisory or managerial roles within manufacturing plants. * Proven experience in production processes for solar equipment, electronics, plastics, or metal-mechanical components. * Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen). * Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and ISO 9001 quality standards. **Technical Skills:** * Solar panel manufacturing and assembly processes. * Production control and demand planning. * Management of material and human resources. * Production costs, budgets, and performance indicators control. * ERP systems and digital tools for plant management. * Environmental and renewable energy regulations. **Competencies:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Results-oriented and continuous improvement focus. * Analytical skills and strategic thinking. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Ability to handle conflicts and motivate staff. * Focus on safety, quality, and productivity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise production to meet delivery schedules and quality standards. * Manage the plant’s human, material, and technological resources. * Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, efficiency, waste, and costs. * Ensure compliance with industrial and environmental safety regulations. * Coordinate with logistics, procurement, quality, engineering, and sales departments. * Design and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for machinery. * Propose innovations in processes and technologies applied to solar panel manufacturing. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday * Statutory benefits * Weekly pay * We are located in Col.
