




Job Description: Objective: Maintain machinery and plant equipment—electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic—in optimal condition to ensure efficient operation and performance. Repair equipment failures in the shortest time possible. Generate continuous improvement proposals within processes to increase efficiency in the area and enhance the performance of assets undergoing repair. Responsibilities: Review machinery and equipment presenting failures, perform diagnostics, and carry out necessary repairs. b. Develop process improvement proposals that reduce delivery times. Likewise, suggest more effective alternatives for equipment repairs to ensure higher asset performance. c. Generate work orders for repairs in the system and register all process activities and their execution times within the same system. d. Record in the MP2 system the spare parts taken from inventory for repairs. e. Conduct a weekly inventory of spare parts stored in the warehouse. f. Maintain order and cleanliness in the maintenance workshop and in areas served by the spare parts warehouse. g. Plan and carry out equipment and machinery installations or relocations upon request from relevant departments. h. Respond to requests for unblocking or perform necessary adjustments on assembly area tables to resume operations as quickly as possible. i. Keep all assigned tool sets and the transport cart in good condition.
