




Food company located in Montemorelos, N.L. is seeking: **Purchasing Manager** We are looking for a purchasing manager with experience in strategic management of national and international acquisitions. Responsible for coordinating the procurement team, ensuring timely supply of raw materials, packaging materials, and services, and optimizing costs and quality across all processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the purchasing process (national and international). * Define strategies to optimize costs and ensure supply. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers. * Supervise and develop the procurement team. * Coordinate imports, exports, and logistics. **Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 50 years * Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Language: English 80% * Availability to travel * Experience in purchasing management, supply, foreign trade, and imports (3 to 5 years in leadership roles in procurement). * Tools: Proficiency in ERP (Odoo or similar) and Office suite. **Competencies and Skills:** * Leadership and teamwork * Service attitude * Initiative and proactivity * Honesty and responsibility * Excellent negotiation skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,704.01 - $24,370.58 per month Workplace: On-site
