YOUR ROLE Coordinate reaction, containment, and improvement plans applicable to your products or processes. Additionally, interact with customer contacts at their locations. Submit PPAP for every product engineering change. Also coordinate part certification activities for production. . RESPONSIBILITIES * Customer satisfaction activities (contact, support, etc.) * PPAP submission * Participation in advanced quality planning programs * Participation in the company-defined problem analysis and resolution model * Development and execution of Control Plans YOUR EXPERIENCE * Structured quality problem-solving (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D, root cause analysis). * Experience handling and tracking customer complaints in a manufacturing environment. * Production control focused on defect prevention and customer protection. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. * Effective coordination with employees and cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Logistics, Materials). * Management of quality data and presentation of results to customers and management. REQUIREMENTS * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. * ADVANCED English: product explanations, process discussions, and negotiation (customer interaction). * Strong verbal communication, effective communication, and negotiation skills with internal and external customers. * Experience in the wiring harness industry. * Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard and customer-specific requirements (CSRs). * Ability to present technical information to managers and/or customers. * Organization, discipline, and traceability in managing quality information. * Results-oriented mindset, sense of urgency, and customer focus.
