**Objective:** Effectively implement and maintain compliance protocols across all our operations. Maintain extensive documentation, risk assessments, and FDA regulatory compliance—ensuring DM products meet the highest food safety standards. * Actively participate in developing new Mexico programs—including bananas, mangoes, melons, conventional and organic bananas, pineapples, herbs, cilantro, green onions, kale, parsley, broccoli, cauliflower, spring mix, and Roma tomatoes—and ensure these programs meet stringent quality standards and align with MANN’s overall quality objectives. **REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * **Food Industry Engineer, Biochemical Engineer, Agricultural Engineer, or equivalent. (Candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.)** * +5 years of technical expertise in food safety and food processing, with emphasis on lemon cultivation and packaging. * Extensive experience in sustainability, social compliance, food safety regulatory requirements, and quality control processes—including preparation of audit reports or social, safety, and food quality risk assessments. * Extensive experience in facility and cold room inspections. * Knowledge of specific requirements and regulations governing food product management—ensuring documentary compliance and quality standards. * Organizational skills demonstrating ability to work independently and efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks without difficulty, with excellent attention to detail. * Experience working in global, multicultural environments with appropriate cultural awareness. * Excellent management, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
