Job Description
We are seeking an **Accountant** to join our accounting-administrative department, with a focus on accounting control and recording, reconciliations, invoicing, and report preparation. Ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and punctual in follow-up.
Responsibilities
* Accounting recording of transactions (revenues, expenses, journal entries)
* Bank reconciliations and payment/receivables control
* Review and control of invoicing (CFDI) and supporting documents
* Integration and control of accounting documentation (digital and physical)
* Preparation of monthly reports (expenses, cash flow, suppliers, etc.)
* Accounts payable / accounts receivable follow-up
* Coordination with internal departments for closing and controls
* **Payroll/IMSS/INFONAVIT**
* **Taxes/Tax Returns**

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (degree holder or intern)
* Experience: **1 to 3 years** as an Accountant
* Proficiency in Excel (filters, tables, basic/intermediate formulas)
* Knowledge of CFDI and document control
* High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
Desirable
* Experience with accounting software (Aspel)
* Experience with monthly closings and reconciliations
* Basic knowledge of taxes (ISR/IVA)
