In this instance, we seek a **"PV Project Manager"** responsible for ensuring that low- and medium-voltage projects are executed within defined scope, budget, and quality, on schedule, with minimal disruptions—anticipating potential issues and making necessary corrective decisions to deliver each project on time and to specification. **Responsibilities:** * End-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of photovoltaic projects. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams, both on-site and in the office. * Management of budgets, schedules, and resources. * Communication with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure objective achievement. * Oversight of regulatory compliance, quality standards, and safety requirements. **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 3+ years of experience managing photovoltaic projects.** * Experience interpreting commercial and industrial drawings and diagrams (civil works, architectural, and electrical). * Minimum 1 year supervising work teams. * **Experience in photovoltaic installations.** * Experience in construction budget administration and management. * Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, etc. is desirable. **Benefits/Perks:** * Statutory benefits (100% social security contributions) * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, major medical expense insurance, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, 35% vacation premium) * Hybrid work model, flexible hours, and early Friday dismissal * Professional development **If you meet the above requirements and wish to participate in this selection process, please submit your updated CV.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Flexible hours * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
