Prepare and deliver executive construction drawings for stormwater management projects (collection basins, stream and road channeling, absorption wells, etc.) for developments, complying with local regulations, to the Construction and Budgeting departments, to ensure protection of subdivisions. Ensure delivery of executive construction drawings for electrical infrastructure projects, approved by local authorities, to the Budgeting and Construction departments to secure basic electricity supply for developments. Provide executive construction drawings, approved by local authorities, to relevant departments to guarantee basic water and sanitary drainage services in developments. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 4 years’ experience in the same position * Experience in land surveying and boundary demarcation * Experience in Electrical, Hydraulic, Sanitary, Potable Water, Platform, Earthwork, and Pavement Engineering * Experience in earth movement analysis * Preparation and review of descriptive project reports for housing developments * Ongoing technical assistance to contractors during execution of works * Proficiency in Auto\-Cad software **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Training programs
