Japanese and Mexican Cuisine Chef
* Knowledge of diverse procurement, quantities and materials, hygiene processes, strict adherence to recipes and plating.
* Management of waste, warehouse, inventories, cost control and material handling.
* Design, preparation and development of menus, production plans, and cleaning and deep-cleaning programs.
* Cooking techniques and terminology
* Skills in handling kitchen utensils
* Various types of vegetable cuts
* Knowledge and operation of kitchen equipment, plating standards
* Strong service attitude and stress management
* **H Certification**
* Ensure proper condition of kitchen equipment and facilities.
* Control, handling and resolution during service hours (RUSH)

Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term
