### **Summary** \~ Responsible for effective GxP compliance and/or audit activities, operations, and systems to ensure business areas comply with the Novartis Quality Manual and policies, as well as all relevant GxP, legal, and regulatory requirements, through internal audits, key performance indicators (KPIs), and KQIs (key quality indicators). \~ Support preparation and management of external and corporate audits and inspections by health authorities. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Plan and support PQR/APQR activities \~ Support site qualification and validation activities (planning, advising, review) \~ Implementation of quality systems (including document management) \~ Supplier management activities (agreements, monitoring, audits) \~ Preparation/support and coordination of CAPA/follow-up \~ Preparation and support for audit and inspection \~ Review/adoption of change control \~ Ensure local oversight of ID and cyber-compliance (training, inspections, planning, risk identification, etc.) \~ Ensure process quality in accordance with regulations \~ Review and approval of QP declaration \~ Trending \~ KPI \~ Handle requests, certificate maintenance, etc. with the local AP \~ Report technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt \~ Distribution of marketing samples (if applicable) Key Performance Indicators \~ Responsible for effective GxP compliance and/or audit activities, operations, and systems to ensure business areas comply with the Novartis Quality Manual and policies, as well as all relevant GxP, legal, and regulatory requirements, through internal audits, key performance indicators (KPIs), and KQIs (key quality indicators). \~ Support preparation and management of external and corporate audits and inspections by health authorities.
