Job Summary: Provide analytical support for financial reporting, compliance, and data accuracy for the FRA discipline; handle and coordinate report preparation to ensure timely submission. Handle and coordinate report preparation to ensure timely submission. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Provide analytical support to management on matters related to FRA activities, decisions, and general projects. \~ Assist more senior colleagues in delivering analysis to support financial, reporting, and accounting processes. \~ Assist in preparing analyses and reports, with particular emphasis on the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of the data provided (e.g., P&L activity reports). \~ Support the timely and accurate preparation of reports on findings from factual and numerical investigations for internal and external reporting purposes. \~ Support the preparation of written project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations. \~ Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date fixed asset information in the fixed asset register and provide support in the general ledger as needed. \~ Provide assistance for financing projects at the country or business unit level. \~ Report technical complaints/adverse events/special circumstances related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt \~ Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Key Performance Indicators * Internal customer satisfaction regarding the quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analysis * Customer satisfaction with service delivery and process-specific KPIs against agreed SLAs Work Experience \~ Operations management and execution Skills \~ Understanding of value drivers \~ Critical thinking \~ Ability to influence key stakeholders \~ Effective communication \~ Process optimization \~ Building efficient teams \~ Talent development \~ Financial accounting \~ Financial and management reporting \~ Resource allocation Language English **Why Novartis:** Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
