Developing capabilities within the Community of Practitioners ### **Summary** \~Support strategic business continuity initiatives and programs in Novartis DDIT, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution. \~Support Operations DDIT’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) for Operations DDIT as a business entity and as a business enabler for Novartis. \~Facilitate and manage the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) within DDIT. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Support and facilitate the Community of Practitioners to continuously develop the skills and capabilities required to enable practice and adoption across DDIT. \~ Coordinate and manage the implementation, transition, and adoption of processes and methodologies across various functions in DDIT. \~ Report technical complaints / adverse incidents / special scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. \~ Distribution of marketing samples (if applicable). Key Performance Indicators \~ Support strategic business continuity initiatives and programs in Novartis DDIT, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution. \~ Support Operations DDIT’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) for Operations DDIT as a business entity and as a business enabler for Novartis. \~ Facilitate and manage the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) within DDIT.
