**Position Objective** Supervise and control operational processes and cycles by managing human, material, and technical resources in accordance with the company’s standards and policies, ensuring that all domestic and international shipments are routed, sorted, dispatched, and delivered to their destinations to meet the service guarantees established with customers. **Job Functions or Activities** 1. Supervise personnel in weighing, sorting, routing, and affixing routing labels to each shipment. 2. Supervise the availability of necessary equipment and tools for daily operations. 3. Supervise, control, and direct operational staff under your supervision. 4. Develop training and professional development programs for staff under your supervision. 5. Determine pre-alerts issued to branches, informing them of the volume of cargo expected to arrive at each location. 6. Prepare and submit return metrics to the Shipping Control Department. 7.
