





**REQUIREMENTS:** Higher Technician or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, human resources or accounting, preferably in companies with multiple business units. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Saturdays occasionally depending on operations, until noon. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Basic knowledge of tax and labor laws applicable to payroll. * Proficiency in payroll management software and other related systems. * Basic understanding of deduction calculations (IMSS, ISR, Afore) and benefits (benefits, food vouchers, etc.). **PERSONAL SKILLS:** * Organized and detail-oriented. * Ability to work with high volumes of data and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Strong communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with employees and other departments. * Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Payroll Processing:** Assist in data collection, system data entry, and perform basic salary and deduction calculations. * **Deductions and Benefits Management:** Support in applying deductions (IMSS, ISR, Afore) and benefits, as well as issuing payroll receipts. * **Report Preparation:** Collaborate in creating periodic reports and reports for internal audits or administrative departments. * **Record Keeping:** Maintain and update employee databases and manage personnel actions (hires, terminations, changes). * **Employee Support:** Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll and manage related documentation. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Verify compliance with tax and labor regulations under supervision. * **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Provide support to business units and participate in process improvements alongside the Payroll Manager. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Medical expense insurance. * 30 days of Christmas bonus. * Educational assistance. * Funeral expense support. * Medium-term growth opportunities. * Food vouchers.
