This role has a direct impact on the technical quality of deliverables and on the safe and efficient execution of assigned projects. **Key Responsibilities** You will be responsible for: * Developing basic and detailed engineering for power and chemical projects. * Preparing and/or reviewing pressure vessel design calculations according to the **ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1**, and other applicable standards. * Creating data sheets, equipment quotation requests, and technical comparisons for mechanical equipment. * Reviewing supplier calculations, drawings, and documentation to verify compliance with specifications and codes. * Designing and reviewing vessel, tank, and material handling equipment drawings. * Applying industrial standards and codes (ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ANSI, CEMA, CMAA, CFE, among others). * Participating in the preparation of flow diagrams, equipment layouts, and chute sizing. * Using specialized software for mechanical design and modeling, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables. ️ **Skills and Experience** What you bring to the role: * **Education:** Mechanical Engineering degree (professional title required). * **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in mechanical engineering applied to industrial or process projects. * **Technical knowledge:** Proficiency in **PV Elite**, **Ametank**, **AutoCAD**, or **MicroStation**. * **Regulations:** Knowledge of **ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ANSI, CEMA, CMAA, and CFE manuals** for wind and seismic loads. * **Languages:** Intermediate to advanced English (minimum 70%). * **Competencies:** Attention to detail, technical analysis, effective communication, collaborative work, and results orientation. **Benefits** Feel the energy of **Worley**, with access to benefits such as: * Professional learning and continuous development programs. * Comprehensive medical coverage and life insurance. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Growth opportunities within multidisciplinary projects. * A collaborative, inclusive work environment focused on safety.
