We are seeking a **Technical Support Engineer** for **Seguritech Privada Capital Humano**, based in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.** **Job Objective** Ensure the availability and stability of technological services through the **administration, diagnosis, and maintenance of operating systems, networks, and servers**, complying with the project’s technical and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervision of vendors to ensure compliance with assigned activities. * Control and management of information and reports. * Maintain service levels by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various technologies. * Timely documentation of assigned tickets via the monitoring and control system, adhering to established policies and procedures. * Analysis of reported failures. **Professional Profile** **Academic Background** * Engineering degree (intern or graduate) in **Information Technologies, Systems, or related fields**. **Required Experience and Knowledge** * Configuration of computing equipment. * Telecommunications networks, link configuration, switches, structured cabling. * **1 year** of experience in electronics, low- and medium-voltage systems, neutrals and phases, multimeter usage, physical grounding. * Work at heights. * **Desirable knowledge** of CCTV, DVRs, IP cameras, HVAC systems. * Fire detection systems, public address and sound reinforcement systems. * Blueprint reading, **proficiency in AutoCAD**. **Languages and Certifications** * Basic English (technical manual reading). * DC-3 certification for work at heights. (Desirable but not mandatory) **Competencies and Skills** * Clear communication and user orientation. * Technical analysis and diagnosis. * Accurate documentation and incident tracking. * Working under pressure and task prioritization. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. * Service-oriented mindset and continuous improvement focus. **Position Conditions** * **License:** Standard driver’s license. * **Location:** On-site in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Flexible schedule (may require covering shifts and/or on-call duties); Sundays (worked holidays—additional day payment provided). **Additional Aspects** * Availability for travel within the state. * Occasional work at heights.
