Proposal of improvements and evaluation of new applications Job Description: **A leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of equipment for the gastronomic industry, with over 42 years of experience, invites you to join its team as:** **TECHNICAL SUPPORT:** **PRIMARY PURPOSE** Provide preventive and corrective technical support to computer equipment, maintain inventory and maintenance logs for such equipment, deliver efficient and accurate technical support to users, and ensure the functionality of all equipment. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide technical support for company computer equipment (hardware and software), printers, telephony, and local network. * Provide timely advisory services and technical support to users. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment, printers, telephony, and Inmeza’s local network—including its branches. * Propose improvement projects for computer equipment. * Conduct inventories of computer equipment, printers, telephony, and local network systems at the factory and stores. * Maintain inventory of tools and supplies for the Systems Department. * Configure user profiles, email accounts, and access permissions for new hires, and provide assistance regarding passwords. * Propose replacement options for IT equipment. * Perform periodic updates to ensure systems remain up-to-date. * Test and evaluate new applications prior to implementation. * Perform scheduled backups of user data. * Receive and process service requests. **Education:** Technical degree in Computer Science or related field. **Age:** Over 25 years old Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $14,270.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
