**Traffic Manager** **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate and supervise **transportation routes and unit dispatches**. * Verify **availability of operators and units**, ensuring compliance with schedules and deliveries. * Monitor **trip status, loading and unloading times**, and manage operational incidents. * Ensure compliance with **safety protocols, traffic regulations and driving hours**. * Coordinate with the **Maintenance and GPS Monitoring** team to prevent delays or contingencies. * Maintain constant communication with the **Terminal Manager**, providing performance reports, incident updates and KPIs. * Supervise **document control** (logs, service orders, trip evidence). * Manage **customer service and coordination with yards, workshops or logistics centers**. **Requirements** * **Education:** Engineering or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Administration or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** as Traffic Manager, Logistics Coordinator or similar role in **heavy cargo transport or tractor-trailer fleets**. * **Technical knowledge:** * Route planning and traffic control. * Use of **GPS platforms and TMS/ERP systems**. * SCT regulations, NOM\-087 and road safety standards. * Fuel management, performance and operational efficiency. * Intermediate Excel skills and ability to create operational reports. * **Competencies:** * Operational leadership and decision-making. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Results-oriented and continuous improvement focus.
