





**Key Responsibilities** * Implement a **cultural transformation** based on trust, open-door policies, and dignified treatment of drivers. * Design and implement **retention and well-being strategies** to reduce turnover. * Professionalize processes to scale from 65 to **150+ units**. * Develop and strengthen the **traffic, maintenance, and middle-management teams**. * Analyze operational and financial data using internal software (performance, costs, maintenance). * Optimize productivity and profitability of the **mixed fleet** (hoppers and dry vans). * Identify new business opportunities and negotiate strategic contracts. * Evaluate rates and ensure **profitability per customer and per unit**. **Profile Requirements** * Mandatory experience managing fleets of **100–150+ units**. * 8–10 years in transportation operations. * Technical knowledge of **Hoppers and Dry Vans**. * Strong analytical capability and proficiency with **proprietary/internal software systems**. * Human-centered leadership, emotional intelligence, and focus on talent development. * Knowledge of **P&L, EBITDA, and unit costs**.
