Functional Trainer/HYROX **Requirements:** * Education: Sports-related degree, SICCED certification Level 1 and 2. * Age: 28 to 50 years old * Gender: Indistinct * Experience teaching functional training, HIIT or physical conditioning classes (minimum 1 year). * Certification in functional training, physical conditioning or similar (current certification preferred) * Strong communication skills and service-oriented attitude. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Availability during mornings and/or afternoons (to be defined). **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure students use equipment correctly. * Support promotion of classes to increase participation. * Design structured HIIT routines combining high-intensity exercises with rest periods for group classes. * Guide participants throughout the session, indicating proper technique, work time and recovery time to prevent injuries. * Offer exercise modifications or alternatives according to each participant’s fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced) to prevent injuries. * Verify that the space and equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands) are in good condition and ready for use to ensure materials are available during class. * Deliver group functional training classes.
