Leadership, organization, and customer service in a dynamic environment. **Job Description** We are looking for an **Operations Supervisor** responsible for ensuring daily route and service compliance through proper planning, supervision, and control of human and material resources, guaranteeing service quality and customer satisfaction. This position is critical to maintaining operational continuity, vehicle fleet control, and field personnel tracking. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the timely dispatch of the fleet and ensure vehicles depart fully staffed and in appropriate condition. * Schedule and track daily routes (front-end, roll-off, and other services). * Monitor vehicles via GPS to verify route compliance and detect deviations. * Track operational incidents and report them promptly. * Manage attendance, leave requests, vacation schedules, and administrative reports for operational staff. * Supervise fuel efficiency and generate fuel consumption reports. * Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and operational performance reports. * Maintain constant communication with customers to address and resolve their requirements. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in administrative, logistics, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum of **2–3 years’ experience in operations, transportation, or logistics supervision** * Experience managing operational personnel and tracking routes **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and team management * Organization and operational control * Attention to detail * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Customer orientation and teamwork **We Offer:** * Full statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * Life insurance * Savings fund * Savings plan * Grocery vouchers * Growth opportunities * Agreements with various companies **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Work Location: García, Nuevo León Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
