Serve members and direct them according to the transaction they wish to perform through the various channels available at the branch. 3\. Provide information and advisory support to members regarding the use and operation of multiservice kiosks and ATMs at the branch. 4\. Monitor the proper functioning of electronic channels at the branch. 5\.
