We are seeking a **Unit Price Assistant** to support the preparation, review, and control of budgets for infrastructure and operational service projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering technical information, preparing estimates, and supporting the cost department, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every project phase. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of unit prices for construction and infrastructure projects. * Integration of direct costs: materials, labor, machinery, and equipment. * Support in obtaining and updating supplier quotations. * Reading and interpretation of architectural, electrical, and civil drawings. * Review of drawings for quantity take-offs (quantities). * Support in budget preparation. * Support in calculating indirect costs, financing, profit, and construction schedules. * Proficiency in unit price software (Neodata, Opus, CivilCAD, or similar). REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Neodata, Opus, Microsoft Project, or other budget control software. * Basic AutoCAD. * Proactive. * Cost- and results-oriented. * Service-oriented attitude. REQUIREMENTS: * Basic knowledge of applicable construction regulations (depending on projects). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas, filters). * General understanding of construction processes. * Proficiency in unit price software (Neodata, Opus, CivilCAD, or similar). EDUCATION: * Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field**; recent graduates are welcome. * Courses or knowledge in **budgeting, costing, and unit pricing** (Neodata, Opus, Excel). Working hours: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturdays 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Sundays off. If you are interested, please apply through this channel.
