Join a team transforming how freight moves across Mexico. **YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE:** * Execute functional, regression, and validation tests for new features or software releases. * Conduct infrastructure reviews at client sites. * Perform communication testing with internal and client APIs to validate integrations and availability. * Conduct initial technical validations to identify the root cause of incidents (infrastructure, software, or integration). * Develop internal Python tools for testing, automation, and data analysis. * Maintain and optimize QA and Support technical scripts and utilities. * Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure software quality prior to release. * Propose improvements to testing processes, automation, and quality standards. * Train internal teams (Support, Product, Operations) on new features or significant changes. * Document test results, findings, and technical evidence. * Identify, reproduce, and report bugs clearly and systematically. * Validate that deliverables meet established quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** * In **Software Quality Assurance (QA)**, performing functional, regression, and validation testing of web or mobile applications. * Proficiency with issue-tracking tools such as **Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar**. * Proficiency with tools such as **Postman, cURL, or similar**. * Experience in **Python development**. * Ability to document **bugs, evidence, and test cases** in a structured manner. * Knowledge of **Technical Support or basic network infrastructure**, including connectivity, bandwidth, and latency. * Experience working with **REST APIs**. * Experience developing applications using **at least one programming language**.
