Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the collections department with experience in negotiation and account recovery, focused on results. Key Highlights: 1. Customer negotiation and follow-up on payment commitments 2. Experience in delinquent account recovery 3. Ongoing training and weekly gasoline allowance INDEPENDENCIA FINANCIAL IS SEEKING PERSONNEL FOR THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT. Responsibilities: * Field collections * Customer negotiation * Generation and follow-up on payment commitments Requirements: * Completed high school education (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in early or charged-off delinquent account recovery (preferred but not mandatory). * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum monthly salary expectation of $25,000. We Offer: * Biweekly base salary * Guaranteed productivity bonus of $3,000 for the first 6 months (in addition to commissions). * Monthly training bonus of $1,200 (for the first 2 months). * Excellent uncapped commission structure (explained during interview; monthly income exceeding $25,000 is contingent upon performance). * Weekly gasoline allowance * IMSS (100% contribution from day one).
