Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for our field collections department, specializing in overdue portfolio collection, with a focus on negotiation and follow-up on payment commitments. Key Highlights: 1. Recovery of early or written-off delinquent accounts 2. Customer negotiation and follow-up on payment commitments 3. Familiarity with the city and results-oriented approach FINANCIERA INDEPENDENCIA IS SEEKING PERSONNEL FOR ITS COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT. Responsibilities: * Field collection of OVERDUE PORTFOLIO * Customer negotiation * Generation and follow-up on payment commitments Requirements: * Completed high school education (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in recovery of early or written-off delinquent accounts (mandatory) * Knowledge of the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum monthly salary expectation of $25,000 We Offer: * Bi-weekly base salary * Guaranteed productivity bonus of $3,000 for the first 6 months (in addition to commissions). * Monthly training bonus of $1,200 (for the first 2 months). * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (details provided during interview; monthly income exceeding $25,000 is contingent upon performance). * Weekly gasoline allowance * IMSS (100% contribution from day one).
