




We are looking for a purchasing assistant (to cover incapacity) Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance * Previous experience of at least 3 years in positions related to procurement and/or accounting * Preferably in the automotive sector. * Excellent communication skills. * Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Availability to travel to company branches if necessary. We offer: * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * 30-day Christmas bonus Responsibilities: * Manage internal purchase requisitions by verifying department information and requirements. * Request supplier quotations, prepare comparisons, and select the best option considering quality, price, and service. * Generate and track purchase orders until receipt of goods or services. * Verify invoices and documentation according to accounting and tax requirements. * Coordinate with accounting the scheduling and verification of supplier payments. * Maintain control and reconciliation of balances, invoices, and payment complements. * Prepare monthly purchasing reports and keep the department's records up to date. * Manage the registration and document control of new suppliers.
