We are currently seeking a **PURCHASING ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field * Experience: 2 years in a similar position * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Excel **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue purchase orders in the system according to the procurement distribution report and shipping plan. * Generate inventory reports and analyze required replenishment volumes. * Receive invoices and process them into the system. * Manage closure or delivery of missing items. * Document administration and control **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Analytical ability * Effective communication * Decision-making Salary: $9,500.00 - $10,500.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
