




**Treasury and Finance Analyst** Manage the company’s financial resources by executing, monitoring, and analyzing banking operations, cash flow, and financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial obligations, operational efficiency, and regulatory requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Treasury and Financial Management** * Monitor and forecast daily, weekly, and monthly cash flows. * Supervise and track maturity dates for interest and principal payments on contracted loans. * Issue, renew, and manage the company’s active insurance policies and surety bonds. * Prepare monthly bank reconciliations in the accounting system. * Implement internal controls and schedule weekly payments. **Banking Management** * Generate and safeguard bank statements. * Issue and manage checks for various payments. * Execute bulk payments (to suppliers, service providers, taxes) via online banking portals. * Handle banking procedures with account executives: opening, modifying, or closing financial products. * Record payments in the internal project management software according to treasury policies. * Generate and retain documentation required for opening and maintaining bank accounts and credit lines. **Internal Reporting** * Prepare and present monthly cash flow reports. * Develop annual financial forecasts and short-term cash scenario analyses. * Keep payment and collections records updated in internal management systems. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. * 4–5 years of experience in treasury, financial management, reconciliations, and cash flow analysis. * **Proficiency in corporate online banking portals (mandatory)** * Bank reconciliations, ERP systems (SAP B1 — preferred), * **Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory)** * Tax regulations knowledge (preferred). **Competencies:** * Planning * Attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Confidentiality * Proactivity.
