Job Summary: We are seeking a Gold Appraiser to evaluate gold items, determine their authenticity and value, and provide customer service during loan or purchase processes. Key Highlights: 1. Base salary + commissions We are looking for a responsible **Gold Appraiser** who will evaluate gold items presented by customers, determining their authenticity, weight, and value for granting pawn loans or purchasing items. The candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, explaining the appraisal process, and ensuring proper handling of pledged items and documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Appraise gold items using testing methods and weighing. * Determine the karat and value of pledged items. * Provide in-branch customer service and consultation. * Prepare contracts and record transactions. * Safeguard and manage received pledged items. * Support commercial activities and achievement of targets. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete high school education. * Experience in sales, customer service, or pawn shops (preferred). * Numerical aptitude and strong verbal communication skills. * Honesty, responsibility, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ commissions. * Gold appraisal training. * Growth opportunity.
