




Job Summary: Monitor and supervise BESS in real time to ensure operational continuity, safety, and timely response to events. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a responsible and analytical individual to monitor in real time the performance, operation, and conditions of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), ensuring operational continuity, equipment safety, and timely response to alarms, events, or deviations. **Requirements:** * Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * 2 years of experience in the energy sector; prior experience with BESS is desirable. * Valid driver's license (Class "Chófer"). * Knowledge of electrical safety and operation of energy storage equipment. * Proficiency with energy monitoring platforms, SCADA, EMS, or manufacturer dashboards. * Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, TCP/IP). * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams. * Availability for night shifts and occasional site visits. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Basic operation of BESS: cells, modules, racks, PCS, BMS, and EMS. * Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, TCP/IP). * Proficiency with SCADA platforms and energy monitoring systems. * Ability to read and interpret electrical parameters (current, voltage, power, frequency). * Knowledge of electrical safety standards — NOM-001-SEDE-2012; NFPA 70E is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor BESS via SCADA, EMS, or manufacturer platforms. * Record, analyze, and report system alarms, events, failures, and anomalies. * Execute basic remote resolution procedures (soft reset, parameter validation). * Prepare operational KPI reports (SOC, SOH, cycles, charge/discharge energy, available capacity). * Generate reports on relevant alarms, maintenance activities, site inspections, and critical events. * Immediately notify the maintenance technical team upon occurrence of critical failures. * Document daily operation logs and interventions performed. * Track open tickets and validate closures with evidence. * Propose improvements to monitoring, automation, and data analysis processes. **Work Schedule:** * Full-time * Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
