Manages kitchen resources and personnel **Trotters Group Mérida** **Position: Unit Chef** **Job Objective:** Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of the kitchen in accordance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards, fully satisfying customers through the administration, organization, and leadership of material and human resources. **Responsibilities** * Supervise dish preparation and assembly according to recipes, using specified measuring tools. * Supervise the work of all kitchen staff. * Master all kitchen areas (cold station, hot station, pasta station, grill or pizzeria). * Prepare sales and procurement budgets for supplies. * Responsible for restaurant costs and inventory. * Maintain appropriate stock levels in both the kitchen and warehouse. * Supervise and manage personnel. * Ensure food safety, as well as kitchen hygiene and cleanliness. * Personnel management and administration. * Ordering and dealing with suppliers. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy / Food and Beverage or related field. 5+ years in a similar position, preferably in Italian restaurants.
